Refund policy

It may happen that you wish to return an order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with General Terms and Conditions without giving a reason. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

Shipping costs for the return are at your own expense. PiRO BBQ advises to send this with a track & trace because we are not responsible for whether or not a package gets lost at the sending party.
