Shipping policy

Order confirmation: immediately after your order you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation, you may have entered an incorrect e-mail address. Please send an e-mail to info@pirobbq.com and we will check the order status for you.


Delivery time: Each order will be delivered within three working days* in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Orders placed before 12:00 noon on weekdays will be presented for shipment the same day. On weekends or holidays it will be the next business day. Once your order is offered to the carrier you will receive a track & trace code with which you can follow your PiRO.

* we strive to deliver on the next business day but we are dependent on the carrier. Post NL delivers 98% of the packages in The Netherlands within 24 hours.
